The Middle Island Challenge (MIC) is an iconic open water swim race held at Deep Water Bay on the southern side of Hong Kong Island. With its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, Deep Water Bay provides a stunning and welcoming setting for swimmers of all abilities—from beginners to elites.

The event features three distances: a full 3.8 km loop around Middle Island, plus shorter 1.5 km and 400 m races. We prioritize a friendly, inclusive racing atmosphere in one of Hong Kong's most scenic coastal locations, giving participants the unique opportunity to swim around the famous Middle Island!

比賽設有三個距離：環繞熨波洲一圈的3.8公里、 1.5公里及 400米賽事。我們注重愉快友善的競賽氣氛，歡迎新手至資深泳手參與，在香港最迷人的海灣之一挑戰自我，並親身環泳著名熨波洲！
