HONG KONG 4 BEACHES (HK4B) 3300m Open Water Swim will take place at Tai Long Sai Wan, home to the most beautiful beaches in Hong Kong. Tai Long Sai Wan is also rated as No.1 Hong Kong Top 10 Scenic Sites. With its white-sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and surrounding lush mountains, Tai Long Wan is nothing short of paradise in a city synonymous with tall skyscrapers. Our event allows swimmers to beach hop 4 magnificent beaches: Sai Wan, Ham Tin Wan, Tai Wan, and Tung Wan. A mid range of HK 4 Beaches Express of 1400m open water swim from Ham Tin to Sai Wan is also available.

香港四灘 3.3km公開水域游泳將在香港最美麗的海灘所在地大浪海灣舉行。大浪灣擁有白色的沙灘、清澈的海水和周圍鬱鬱蔥蔥的山脈，在這個摩天大樓林立的城市裡，大浪灣是曾獲選為「香港十大自然勝景」的第一名。我們的活動讓泳客可以暢遊 4 個美麗的海灘：西灣、鹹田灣、大灣和東灣。 我們也提供中程的 HK 4 Beaches Express 1400m 公開水域游泳。

Speed boats with scenic view (approximately 30-minute ride) from Sai Kung Pier to the start line at Tung Wan Beach(3.3km) or Ham Tin Beach (1.4km). Bags will be transported to Sai Wan finish line. 快速機動船由西貢碼頭駛至東灣沙灘(3.3km) 或 鹹田沙灘（1.4km)。行李將被運送至西灣終點線。

Self arrranged transportation to Sai Wan Beach before 8:45am. Swimmers can pick up the 29R minibus departing from Saikung next to the McDonalds, or taxi to Sai Wan Pavillion. Speed boats will transport swimmers to start line at Tung Wan Beach. 泳手自行乘坐交通工具。泳手可以在麥當勞旁邊搭乘從西貢出發的29R小巴，或搭乘計程車前往西灣亭。須於8:45am 前到達西灣沙灘會合點。 快艇將把游泳選手送到東灣沙灘(3.3km) 或 鹹田沙灘（1.4km)。

This is a fully self-supported challenge. 這是一個完全自給自足的挑戰。

No one should join the event unless he/she is physically fit, and in excellent health condition. 參加者需確保具備良好體能及健康狀態， 否則切勿參與此活動。

Participants must obey instructions to helpers, and personnel of the event. Failure to do so will not be allowed to participate in the event.泳手必須遵從活動人員的所有安排指示。 拒絕遵從者將被取消資格。

Participants will take full responsibility and safety during the event. 泳手於活動期間須為自己的安全負上全部責任。

SAFETY BUOYS are mandatory during the ENTIRE event. 安全浮波必須於活動期間全程戴上。

Rescheduling: If the event is affected by bad weather or other reasons, such as government regulations, the organizer will try their best to reschedule the event. Your entry will automatically be transferred to the new date, which will be announced to all registrants by e-mail and via website announcement. There will be no refund even if the organizer is unable to reschedule the event. 活動延期安排若果活動因天氣或其他原因影響，我們會盡力安排活動改期。活動日期更改將會以電郵及網站知會各參加者。若果活動未能改期亦不會有退款安排。

Refunds: Entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance, even in the event of cancellation. 退款 - 任何情況下已繳付之費用不獲退款。
Inclement Weather conditions 惡劣天氣安排
If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 13:00 on the day before the event, it will be cancelled and entry fees will not be refunded. 如於活動前一天下午一時懸掛八號颱風訊號或以上，是項活動將取消及報名費用不會退回。
If the Typhoon Signal No.3 / Red Rainstorm/ Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted at any time after 05:00 a.m. on outing event morning, it will be cancelled and entry fees will not be refunded.如在活動日早上 5 時正或以後仍然懸掛三號颱風訊號/紅雨/黑雨警告，是日活動將取消及報名費用不會退回。
Event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event or to adjust the course they deem is the best interest and safety of the swimmers. Entry fees will not be refunded. 如活動日天氣惡劣，活動總監認為活動無法安全進行, 總監有權將活動流程改變或取消。報名費用不會退回。

Storage of Personal Belongings 個人物件
Participants' personal belongings will be transported to the finish line at Sai Wan Beach. Personnel will look after the personal belongings during the event. Event organizers/volunteers have no responsibility for any loss or damage to the personal belongings. 泳手的個人物品將被運送至西灣泳灘的終點線。活動期間，工作人員將照顧泳手的個人物品。如有任何遺失及損壞，本會將不負上任何責任。
