Proof of Competence 參加資格證明

Proof of competence is required for all 3.8km swimmers.  During the registration, please upload proof of (1) your previous 1km+ swim race record within the past three years (less than 3 minutes 30 seconds pace per 100m) or (2) the Cross Harbour time trial results.​  3.8公里游泳選手需提供及上載過往3年内游泳活動的參加記錄，以證明參加資格: (1) 1千米以上的游泳比賽記錄，每100米時間平均不多於3分30秒， 或 (2) 維港渡海泳水試時間合格證明​​​。

Swimmers can sponsor a domestic helper swimmer or low income swimmer to race at a discounted race entry fee of $300:

​Shuttle Bus Tickets 穿梭巴士服務 (Optional自選)

• Optional shuttle services with 2 bus routes are available for the 1.7km swimmers.  Bus will arrive approximately 1 hour before the race start.  Seats are also available to friends and family and are on a first-come-first-served basis. 大會為 1.7 公里參賽者提供自選的2條巴士路線接駁車服務 於比賽開始前1小時到達。  座位可供朋友和家人， 及按照先到先得的原則提供。
